As a developmental coach, strategist, and organizational leader, I thrive on helping people reconnect with what truly moves them. Whether guiding individuals or shaping systems, I believe magic happens when we lead from the heart.

I’m the Co-Founder of the New World Leaders Institute, created from the belief that leadership must be conscious, purpose-led, and human at its core.
